Germany Loves Barack Obama

It's official, Germany loves Barack Obama. Who gives a shit? Turns out he's campaigning for the votes of people who can't even vote in the US election. Unless the Democrats constantly screaming about disenfranchised voters get their way and allow non-citizens the right to vote, which wouldn't surprise me with the worst Congress in US history. They've done nothing of value, at all.

What really pisses me off about this whole tour of Europe and the Middle East, being hyped up by the newsmen, by Barack Obama is really very simple, the absolute arrogance of it all. He's decided that he is the next President of the United States of America, so he needs to get to know the neighbors. Does he not know that he has to win the election? Is he equally unaware the "Hope" and "Change" are too nebulous for the American public at large to believe? Look hope and change are great, but you know what? They won't keep me safe, won't feed me, and certainly won't fill up my gas tank. As a wise old lady said in the 1980s, "Where's the Beef?"

I honestly don't know who to vote for, both candidates make me want to vomit and become a Canadian. They both suck and blow simultaneously. One is an old man who can't seem to agree with his own decisions, the other is man who must have some pretty dark secrets, since I know nothing about him other than vague platitudes and that he hangs out with scum-lapping shit bags. After this, "Come meet the new President of the United States," European tour, I can tell you who I'm not going to vote for, the presumptuous jackass who goes on such a tour, just to prove people like him and he has great foriegn policy. Really? The guy who said he would speak to Iran with no preconditions, then is suddenly tough on Iran when he's in Israel? Seems like a trusty guy for the world stage to want as Our President.

But, voting for McCain would be pretty friggin' hard too. He doesn't like the "Bush" tax cuts, then he wants to keep 'em. What a douchebag. Maybe it's just his age that prevents him from remembering where he stands. One guy's standing in the dark refusing to tell you where he stands, the other one can't remember where he stands.

I know this, Barack Obama is not a good Senator. He was elected in 2004, so thusly began his job in 2005, but in November of 2006 began running for President. That's a sure sign of a good employee, so, as soon as he gets in the White House, is he going to start some new Empire so he can run for Emperor, maybe shoot for god of some type? He needs to do his flippin' job as a Senator for the Great State of Illinois. He's missed more votes than 97 of the other Senators, only John McCain has a worse record at showing up to work (Senator Tim Johnson has a valid reason to miss work, he did have a brain hemorrage).

Maybe I'll have to throw my vote away based solely on the fact that neither of these assholes can make it in to work for the job they were hired for by the American people. It probably won't get any better after either of these slimes gets into office, they are going to need a nice 2 year vacation after their 2 year campaign. Not to mention the hundreds of millions of dollars they waste on this campaign, that goes back to the old axiom, "Why would you spend $100 million for a $400,000 a year job, unless you intend to steal it all back with interest?" And they won't be stealing it back for the little guys donating to their causes, it will be for the big special interest groups dropping millions into their coffers. I'm voting for Homer Simpson.
