In the aftermath of the Miss USA pageant, a judge is calling one of the contestants a "stupid bitch". That judge is clearly a classy mofo. Perez Hilton, world reknowned celebrity blogger (by that I do not mean that he's a celebrity, I mean he blogs about celebrities), asked Miss California what she though of gay marriage, and since he disagreed with her response he's going apeshit on his website calling the poor girl names.
The first problem with this whole situation is that he should have never been selected to be a judge for a pageant. Donald Trump should be ashamed of himself for choosing this douchebag who is not qualified to talk to a homeless person. Choosing a blogger is the stupidest thing that can be done. has our society really fallen that far that we are picking random dumbasses off of of the Internet because of pagehits? He is the epitome of what is wrong with the "new media" of bloggers who have no professional responsibility to providing a true story. It is because of this "new media" that the mainstream media has gone so gaga about sharing their opinions and telling the American People who they should choose in elections. Anyone who thinks that the media didn't tell the American People to vote for Barack Obama is a blind idiot.
The second problem is the question itself. Who the hell authorized a politically charged question to be asked during a beauty pageant? The questions for these pageants are supposed to be selected to get a contestant thinking. Asking contestants how they would address some of the World's problems gets them thinking. Asking them if gays should be married is totally inappropriate. Dispite what the gay agenda and the media would have you believe, gay marriage is not the most important problem facing our society. It's not even in the top 10 things facing us. Yet, we get all in a tizzy when the Iowa Supreme Court authorizes gay marriage it is the greatest accomplishment ever - a backwater hick state has passed gay marriage, let's all celebrate! Gay marriage is not supported by the vast majority of people, that has been proven every time it comes up for a vote, even ultra gay rights states like California voted it down. I don't care if gays get married, but I am not going to become an activist for it, like the gay agenda folks would like. The problem with this whole issue is not whether gays can be married, it is the supporters of gay marriage want you to become an activist for gay marriage. I don't care one way or the other, so shut up.
The third problem with the Miss USA situation is that this mentally retarded fellow with a blog has gone on his website with a video calling the contestant a "stupid bitch". This goes back to the lack of professional responsibility. No self respecting journalist would go out and call an interviewee a name, especially not publicly. Just because Bryant Gumbel thinks it's okay to call Christians idiots when he thinks that the camera and microphones are off, that does not give some dumbassed blogger the authorization to call beauty pageant contestants names. It is inappropriate and completely unprofessional. But, I'd be willing to bet that Perez Hilton will still be asked to appear on idiotic new shows spouting his mouth off about celebrities, even after he has proven that he is just as childish and stupid as the celebrities he tries to hard to disgrace. He has proven himself to be a pathetic and small man who is as intolerant of anyone with different opinion than his own.
